Featured Event: Free to Live Animal Sanctuary
Join us as Epic Charter Schools heads to the Free to Live Animal Sanctuary in Guthrie to volunteer our time with the dogs and cats in their care. Through this on-site volunteer experience, volunteers like you will take a short tour of the facilities, give the dogs playtime and enrichment, and make treats for all the animals. If you are a student looking for service hours/credit, this opportunity will help fulfill your hours.
Academic Activities and Deadlines
Applications open for CareerTech programs at Moore Norman Technology Center open on Oct. 20. Students interested in attending should explore available programs and application requirements.
Academic Enrichment
Start preparing now for Epic Innovators Day, where students from across Oklahoma will come together for hands-on discovery, creative challenges and plenty of STEAM-powered fun. Students can present a Science Fair project, showcase an invention, pitch an idea in the Spark Tank or simply join the activities. Learn more on our Academic Enrichment page.
Epic students can also take on the 2026–27 International Academic Competitions in geography, history, science, spelling and more. Virtual qualifying exams are available Oct. 1–Nov. 13, giving students the chance to compete from home and potentially advance to regional, national or international championships. Find more details below.
Community Service & Outreach
Help make a difference this fall by taking part in Epic’s ongoing Coat Drive. Students and families can donate new coats to help keep members of their communities warm as colder weather approaches.
