COLLEGE & CAREER
READINESS

At Epic Charter Schools, our first aspiration is “Epic Graduates are Empowered, Future-Ready, and in demand.” Our mission is to prepare students for life after high school by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in college, careers, and beyond.

We partner with students to provide personalized guidance and resources, helping them explore options that align with their interests as they take their next steps—whether that means pursuing higher education, starting a career or exploring a specialized trade.

College & Career Advising

  • Preparing for life after high school can feel overwhelming, but our College & Career Advising services are here to help you find your direction. Using tools like the Individual Career Academic Plan (ICAP), we’ll help you discover your strengths, interests, and values so you can decide where your passion lies. Our advisors work with you to identify the right path—whether that’s college, a career, or something unique—so you can set meaningful goals and build a plan for your future.

College Pathway

  • Figuring out the college process doesn’t have to be stressful. Our College Pathway services are here to guide you through every step, from college tours and planning your applications to understanding financial aid and finding scholarships. If you’re interested in getting a head start, we also offer support with concurrent enrollment so you can earn college credit while still in high school. Whatever your college goals, we’ll help you navigate the details and make a plan that fits.

Career Pathway

  • If you’re looking to jump-start your career while still in high school, our Career Pathway services have you covered. We connect students with hands-on experiences through CareerTech programs, internships, work-based learning and even exploring military service. Whatever path you choose, we’ll help you find the right opportunities and support you every step of the way.

Post-Grad Pathway

Preparing for life after high school can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to figure it out alone. Transition Services provides individualized guidance to help students explore postsecondary pathways, set goals, and plan their next steps. Prepare U, our career readiness program, helps students build practical skills and confidence through self-paced learning, live workshops, and ongoing support. Guidance continues after graduation, giving recent alumni access as they transition beyond high school.
