Transition Services provides individualized guidance to help students explore postsecondary pathways, set goals, and plan their next steps. Prepare U, our career readiness program, helps students build practical skills and confidence through self-paced learning, live workshops, and ongoing support. Guidance continues after graduation, giving recent alumni access as they transition beyond high school.
