Our mission is to develop champions on the mat and in everyday life through structured wrestling and strength programs. All of our programs will focus on and implement dedication, determination, and discipline. Wrestling programs for all ages and levels of experience in youth, middle and high school. We offer year-round access to our training facilities.
D3 services include:
Wrestling development, strength training, speed and agility training, cardio training, mobility and balance training, and reaction training. We will compete in weekend local and national tournaments.
