We offer a complete Martial arts training and fitness program. JMAA provides vital self-defense training along with training on how to avoid conflicts. All JMAA staff are fully accredited and screened by the employer. JMAA offers class for ages 5 and up 5 evenings a week. Owner and Head Instructor Sensei Jerry Cichon is an 8-degree Black belt with over 48 years' experience.
