Dear Epic students and families,
Due to continued weather concerns, Epic has made the difficult decision to reschedule Epic Innovators Day - Tulsa (originally scheduled for Jan. 27). Please know this decision was made with the safety of our students, families, and staff as our top priority.
We are pleased to confirm that the event has been rescheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5, and we remain fully committed to celebrating our students and their hard work on that day.
Thank you for your flexibility, understanding and continued support as we work to provide the best possible experience for everyone.
Important Registration Information:
If you are already registered, no action is needed. Your registration will automatically carry over to the new date.
If you are unable to attend on Feb. 5, please cancel your reservation.
