Mark your calendars for May 21 — Epic Charter Schools is hosting our Third Annual Color Run & End-of-Year Celebration, and you’re invited! This free, family friendly event promises a day packed with energy, excitement, and color, perfect for closing out another amazing school year.
What to Expect
Ready for a memorable day? Whether you’re a runner, walker, or just want to celebrate with friends and family, there’s something for everyone. Choose between a 5K or one-mile Color Run/Walk — just be sure to wear a white shirt so you can soak up every burst of color along the way.
Beyond the run, enjoy activities for all ages: face painting, yard games like cornhole, chess, checkers and nine-square and Epic vendor booths. Food trucks will be on-site with tasty options for purchase, or you can bring your own picnic and relax on a blanket while you enjoy the festivities.

Location: Mitch Park - Edmond, OK.
Cost: FREE (Food truck meals available for purchase).
Who can attend: Epic students, families, staff, and friends. All students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Registration & Waiver Information
All attendees — including parents, students, and guests — must register through Eventbrite. You’ll need your student’s Epic ID, grade, and learning model to complete registration. Every Color Run participant must also complete a waiver during Eventbrite registration. No waiver, no run — so don’t skip this step!
Students must attend with a parent or guardian. No drop-offs.
Event Schedule
10:15–10:45 a.m.: Color Run check-in.
10:15 a.m.: End-of-Year Celebration check-in begins.
11:00 a.m.: 5K Run/Walk & End-of-Year Celebration kickoff.
11:10 a.m.: One-Mile Run/Walk starts.
12:00 p.m.: Color Run ends.
2:00 p.m.: Event concludes.
Tips for a Great Color Run
Wear a white T-shirt to get the most out of the color experience.
Bring a blanket and lunch if you want to picnic.
Cheer on friends and family with signs and noisemakers — spectators are welcome!
