Re-enrollment is here!

Updated: Apr 11

Greetings, Epic Families!

Welcome back!

Re-enrollment for the 2024-25 school year is now open! In the interest of making the process as smooth and seamless as possible, we’ve outlined the necessary steps below.

There are a couple of things to remember before you begin the re-enrollment process:

  1. Each student in your household must be enrolled separately.

  2. Each student re-enrolling must follow the re-enrollment process, which is conducted through the Parent Portal. The steps for this process are detailed in the “Re-Enrollment Process” section below.

Re-Enrollment Process

To re-enroll, click the Parent Portal Sign In.

If you are logging into the Parent Portal for the first time or you have forgotten your password, please select “Forgot Username or Password” on the Parent Portal sign-in page to be emailed a temporary password to reset.

Once logged in, you will access the Returning Student Application by selecting “Forms” from the left side menu and then ‘2024-2025 Enrollment’ will be at the top of your student’s queue. (Parent Portal Navigation Guide)

Before you begin, be prepared to upload both proof of residency and immunization. These include:

  • Proof of residency:

  • A utility bill reflecting a 2024 usage date.

  • Voter registration card.

  • A lease agreement.

  • ID/driver’s license.

  • Residence Affidavit, which must be notarized.

  • Immunization

  • Shot records.

If you need assistance with your Parent Portal account, please email customerservice@epiccharterschools.org or use the chat feature on our website.

This is for all students re-enrolling in Epic Charter Schools for the 2024-25 school year. If you have students in your household who are new to Epic, please visit epiccharterschools.org/enroll sometime after March 1 and follow the instructions there.

Thank you for being a part of our Epic community and we look forward to a fantastic school year!

Sincerely,

Epic Charter Schools
