What’s Happening at the Epic Student Health Expo?

This family-friendly event is packed with free services and valuable resources to help your student start the school year strong:

• School Pictures: Capture those milestone moments with on-site school photos.

  • Oklahoma City Photo Registration

  • Tulsa Photo Registration

• Vision Screenings: Make sure your child’s eyesight is ready for the classroom.

• The Caring Van: Get access to free vaccinations for qualifying students.

• Student Support Services: Visit our table to learn more about the academic and wellness support Epic offers.

• School Counseling: Meet our counselors and discover the mental health resources available to your family.

• Mental Health Partnership Resources: Connect with organizations committed to student well-being.

The Caring Van: Free Vaccinations for Students

Thanks to our partnership with The Caring Van, students can receive free vaccinations at the Expo. The Caring Van serves:

• Uninsured students.

• Students covered by Medicaid.

• Native American children (regardless of private insurance).
