We’re thrilled to announce the very first Epic Student Health Expo — an exciting new event designed just for Epic families! Whether you’re gearing up for back-to-school or looking for ways to keep your child healthy and supported, you won’t want to miss out.
What’s Happening at the Epic Student Health Expo?
This family-friendly event is packed with free services and valuable resources to help your student start the school year strong:
School Pictures: Capture those milestone moments with on-site school photos.
Vision Screenings: Make sure your child’s eyesight is ready for the classroom.
The Caring Van: Get access to free vaccinations for qualifying students.
Student Support Services: Visit our table to learn more about the academic and wellness support Epic offers.
School Counseling: Meet our counselors and discover the mental health resources available to your family.
Mental Health Partnership Resources: Connect with organizations committed to student well-being.
The Caring Van: Free Vaccinations for Students
Thanks to our partnership with The Caring Van, students can receive free vaccinations at the Expo. The Caring Van serves:
Uninsured students.
Students covered by Medicaid.
Native American children (regardless of private insurance).

Oklahoma City:July 29, 10:30 a.m.–2 p.m.
Tulsa:Aug. 7, 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
