Inspire PE aspires to improve not only the physical health and well-being of a body, but also nurture one’s mind, and build the character of each student. We achieve this by teaching life lessons through physical activity, teamwork, and skill development while keeping students motivated, engaged, and excited to participate. We incorporate a wide variety of classic and fantabulous games, cooperative challenges, core strengthening, flexibility, and physiological education so as to promote healthy habits for a lifetime. Inspire PE desires each child to find their strengths, improve in their challenges, and reach their potential.
