Kinder Karate: From ages 3-5, our kids Karate lessons teach basic techniques through different drills. We focus on balance, coordination, and listening.

6–12-Year-Old Beginner Class: In our beginner class, kids will learn kicks, punches, and different self-defense techniques in addition to life lessons about respect, discipline, focus, and perseverance

Teen Karate: Karate class training consists of boxing and kickboxing drills with Karate technique instruction.
