Tulsa Jr Oilers (TJO) offers extensive training with quality conditioning in hockey skills including skating, passing, shooting and stick handling. TJO offers skill based on-ice practice, off-ice strength, agility, and coordination conditioning provided by gymnasts and fitness trainers, and a competitive game atmosphere. Our staff of coaches include past and current recreational players as well as past professional hockey players.
