Complete martial arts program based on the traditional Korean art of Kuk Sool Won, licensed under the World Kuk Sool Association. Program includes formal curriculum, associated textbooks and testing criteria. Primary instructor is a 25 yr master (5th dan). Art includes traditional kick/strike techniques; coupled with body throws, joint locks, and traditional weapons. Focus is on building a strong body, strong mind and strong heart.
