We are a mixed martial arts academy that specializes in self-defense. We offer multiple classes such as Jiu-Jitsu, judo, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, strength and cardio. We offer individual or small group private lessons that are programed to whatever their specific needs are. Our classes are intended to help people gain and develop confidence and leadership skills and increase their overall mental and physical health.
