Interact

About the Club

Interact has arrived for its first year at Epic Charter Schools!

Interact is a student-driven community service club for Epic students aged 12-18. Our mission is to serve other Epic Charter Schools families in need while also connecting and interacting with local, state, regional, national, and global service organizations. Our purpose is to organize at least two projects every year: one that helps Epic Charter Schools stakeholders and communities, and one that promotes international understanding.

This club will take an e-club virtual format while also organizing in-person meetups for potential projects like End Polio Now, The Hugs Project, local and regional food bank drives, community trash pickup events, and more!

There are Rotary Youth Leadership Awards scholarships available for free, robust leadership development training programs, Wings of Rotary exchanges to interact with other Interact students like them around the world, and more!

Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate along with their students as well (just don’t forget that the students run the club)! Besides observing their children in action, parents and guardians can connect with local Rotary clubs throughout Oklahoma for more local service awareness ideas in their communities. You will be shocked to learn how many more people near you want to help the community, this state, and the world!
