Approaching the end of high school can feel overwhelming. It's not just the finish line, it's the starting line. We help Epic seniors to create concrete, actionable plans for life after graduation. Through one-on-one meetings, we help students clarify goals, explore their options, and take meaningful steps toward the future. We continue to support alumni as they navigate life after high school.

 

How We Help

 

Not sure what’s next? We can help you:

  • Explore careers and postsecondary options

  • Provide generalized information about several pathways including college, CareerTech, or the military

  • Plan your post-graduation timeline based on your individualized goals

  • Strengthen job skills through resume assistance, mock interviews, and job search strategies

  • Stay connected with alumni support after graduation

 

Seniors can reach out directly or through their College and Career Advisors, roster teachers, or guardians. Schedule an appointment here.

 

 

Prepare U

​

Prepare U is a series of events and self-paced sessions designed to help students build confidence and essential skills for life after high school. Topics include career exploration, workplace readiness, job applications, and more.

For the 2025–2026 school year, asynchronous sessions will be available in Schoology using Pear Deck. Live Zoom workshops will also be offered throughout the year. Students who complete sessions receive personalized feedback from Transition Services.

 

All content will be available through the Schoology platform.
