Students will learn the grappling martial art of Jiu Jitsu and how to focus their energy into safely protecting themselves in any situation. Each student starts with learning effective defense positions and then moves through various techniques. As the student progresses, they are graded with up to 4 stripes on their belts. The following promotion would result in a higher rank belt. In addition to Jiu Jitsu, students will
also have access to kickboxing lessons during the week.
