Contact the vendor to set up services and ensure they know the student will use their Learning Fund to pay for services. The vendor will then submit invoices to our Accounts Payable team at activity@epiccharterschools.org . Please be sure your student has the funds to pay for services before enrolling them. We will use the amount available to pay towards the invoice. Any balance remaining with the vendor is the parent/guardian's responsibility. Important Guidelines Beginning with the 2025-26 school year, the Learning Fund will cover services provided by an approved vendor for August - June as long as the following guidelines are met: The student must currently be enrolled in Epic. For June services the student must be enrolled for the upcoming school year at the time the invoice is processed. The deadline for enrollment is May 31st for Epic to pay summer invoices. Graduating students may not use their Learning Fund for summer activities following graduation. All invoices must be submitted in the month the services are rendered. The only exception will be for May ’26 and June ’26 services. These should be invoiced separately by April 30, 2026. (We will hold those invoices and pay them once the services are rendered as long as the first two bullet points above are met.) Epic Charter Schools is the only public school in Oklahoma offering every student a Learning Fund—an account credit of up to $1,000 for those in the Epic One-on-One Program. Use the Learning Fund for educational materials and extracurricular activities tailored to each student’s learning needs. Begin your application on Epic Charter Schools’ Enroll Now page. Get clear, step-by-step enrollment instructions, key deadlines, and helpful FAQs. Join our tuition-free, flexible online school and start personalizing your student’s education today. Enrolment 2025-26 Enrollment We are excited to have you at Epic for the 2025-2026 school year! The application should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. If this is your first time filling out a new enrollment, you will create a login. If it is not your first time, you will use the same login. It allows you to save progress if you must step away and return later. This also allows for easy enrollment of multiple students from your household. The application is mobile-friendly but is NOT compatible with Internet Explorer. During the enrollment, there will be a place to upload documents (birth certificate, shot record/waiver, CDIB card, transcripts, etc.). Some of these are required for new students before we can approve an application, and others are not required for approval. Required for Approval: Proof of age (examples include: birth certificate, baptismal certificate, physician’s certificate, and previous academic records with date of birth listed). All students of all grade levels have a required & current immunization record or a state-approved exemption form on file with the school prior to their admission to the school. English Form / Spanish Form Proof of residency (examples include: utility bill, voter registration card, lease agreement, ID/driver’s license) All new students are asked to create an account. Returning Students If you are a current student planning to re-enroll for the 2025-26 school year, please use the Enrollment options below and sign in to your Enrollment Account. Note that your Enrollment Account credentials may be different from your Parent Portal account. You can return to the enrollment application at any time when you have these required documents and continue where you left off.
