Scholarship Consulting & Student Success Services provides HS juniors and seniors with start-to-finish guidance on college applications, scholarship matching, guidance on writing scholarship and college entrance essays, résumé support, FAFSA, Oklahoma Promise, and requesting recommendation letters. As a member of the Choctaw Nation and a first-generation college graduate, she enjoys helping Native American Youth navigate their academic and career goals. She has helped students become recipients of the Cobell Native American Scholarship, Chahta Foundation Scholarships, Choctaw Career Development, Choctaw Higher Education Scholarship, Masonic Charity Foundation Scholarship of Oklahoma, and others. She has helped students get accepted into OSU, OU, NSU, SOSU, OSU-OKC Fire Academy, Tulsa Tech’s EMT program, Kiamichi Tech, and Tulsa Community College.
Dr. Cathey is a state-certified PK-12 teacher through the Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas State Departments of Education. She taught for 16 years on the college level and 9 years on the PK-12 level. Currently, she serves as a dissertation/thesis chair and reader for Liberty University Online.
