Our program at Active Sprouts PE focuses on fostering a love for physical activity and instilling healthy habits in children from an early age. Students will learn developmental skills,lead up games, a variety of sports, and lifetime sports/activities. Students will utilize different types of balls, jump ropes, parachutes, scooters, frisbees, hula hoops, and other equipment.We offer classes for elementary children and jr/sr high children.
