School of Hockey offers extracurricular activities for students 4 days a week. We offer conditioning, on ice training, mental training and video break down. We train at a professional gym, a boxing gym, a swimming facility and rock climbing facility weekly. Our on ice training and video break down is hosted by two professional ice hockey coaches. Our mental training is held via zoom meet once a week for 8 straight weeks with a professional metal trainer.
