We offer Jiu-Jitsu training classes for kids aged 6 years and up. These classes include safety training, self-defense, anti-Bully, physical warmup and readiness training, Jiu-Jitsu technique learning and practice as well as fun games to help the students apply what they are learning. The classes are Mon-Thu from 5:30 - 6:15PM and also include available, coached open mat sessions from 4:00-7:00PM.
