Oklahoma Youth Orchestras

Oklahoma Youth Orchestras (OKYO) aims to provide opportunities for artistic excellence through quality instrumental music education. OKYO offers eleven ensembles (auditioned and non-auditioned), a summer camp, and several other programming opportunities from ages 8 to 18. Students will have the opportunity to perform at least three concerts in the season and may collaborate with organizations like the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, Canterbury Youth Choruses, and other local and nationally-acclaimed musicians and groups. Additional programs include chamber music opportunities, Percussion Ensemble, the Concerto Competition, and Student Leadership Council.
