We are excited to have you at Epic for the 2023-2024 school year!

  • The application should take about 15-20 minutes to complete.

    • If this is your first time filling out a new enrollment, you will create a login. You will use the same login if it is not your first time.

      • It allows you to save progress if you need to step away and return later.

      • This also allows for easy enrollment of multiple students from your household.

  • The application is mobile-friendly but is NOT compatible with Internet Explorer.

  • During the enrollment, there will be a place to upload documents (birth certificate, shot record/waiver, CDIB card, transcripts, etc.). Some of these are required for new students before we can approve an application, and others are not required for approval.

  • Required for Approval:

    • Proof of age (examples include: birth certificate, baptismal certificate, physician’s certificate, previous academic records with date of birth listed).

    • All students of all grade levels have a required & current immunization record or a state approved exemption form on file with the school prior to their admission to the school.

  • All new students are asked to create an account.

  • Returning Students

    • Sign into your account if enrolled AFTER 7/1/21

    • Create a new account if enrolled BEFORE 7/1/21


Re-Enrolling 23-24

Parent Portal accounts are required for re-enrollment in the 2023-24 school year so be sure you’re all set up beforehand. If any help is needed with logging in or creating an account, our customer service team is just an email or chat away. Access Parent Portal If you are logging into Parent Portal for the first time or have forgotten your password, please select the “Forgot Username or Password” on the Parent Portal sign-in page to be emailed a temporary password to reset. Once logged in, you will access the Returning Student Application by selecting “Forms” from the left side menu and then ‘2023-2024 Enrollment’ will be at the top of your student’s queue. Check out the Parent Portal Navigation Guide for help. Required for Approval:

  • Students enrolling in Kindergarten and 7th grade will need proof of immunizations or waivers.

  • Proof of residency (examples include: utility bill, voter registration card, lease agreement, ID/driver’s license)
