We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lessons for Kids 4-18 years old, classes are broken down into Tots (4-6 year olds), Kids (7-12 year olds) and Adults (13+). We offer a variety of classes which can be found on our website. These classes teach Self Defense, Coordination, Respect, Confidence, etc. while providing a community for socialization and friendship.
