We offer martial arts classes to all from ages 4 to 99. Our youngest students are in the Mighty Lions class for 4 to 6 year olds. Our core program is 7 to 12 year old. These are also divided into rank appropriate classes as well. We offer a free introductory class so that families can explore the studio, students can learn a few moves and walk confidently into their first class. We look forward to meeting you soon!
