Lessons on boxing fundamentals to include; sports body mechanics, stance, basic punches, basic combinations, basic footwork, stretching, and self-defense. 60-min sessions include stretching and cardio warm-ups (jumping jacks, jogging, etc.), strength building (push-ups, sit-ups, squats, etc.) and is followed by group boxing lesson. Group sessions also include sparring sessions to practice application (at parent’s discretion). Age range is 6-18)
